We have had to fight for our gun rights and different bans for several years. It harder to fight something when we are being attacked instead of being pro active and creating a bill that will ensure our gun's, ammo, reloading equipment and most of all our rights. Many of you own Stores, sell products related to this industry and feed your familiy's buy making a small profit from buyers of sales in this industry. We need to take a stand before it's to late and we are fighting again. We need to take the fight to them and bring to the attention of the average US Citizen that the right to bear arms is a must for there safety and show them that if we ban items or ban it all together that they are not hurting us but themselves by allowing only people who are breaking the law to own guns. Any suggestions on how we can do this would be great, I am not a gun store owner nor do I make my living selling any product in this field but I enjoy my rights and this hobby I have come to love so very much and I will not sit here and let them take it away. Let's not sit idle and allow this. Please email me with any ideas you have and I will do everything I can to make a difference with your help. Write your congressman or women, write your state reps, write the president write to everyone, that is the first step. We need as much info as we can get such as how many people make a living from this industry, how will it effect that, how will it effect crime, how well will the US stand together having this right stripped from them. Come on Guys and gals lets make a difference.

The battle may get rougher in the coming days, but it is still worth fighting. Now more than ever, we need to be involved in supporting NRA initiatives, supporting pro-gun politicians and legislation, and letting our voices be heard on every singe issue, positive and negative. I know some on here have been involved to this degree for years; but many may not have, and now is the time to be involved.

Flame away...

In our digital world, we use words to convey our message. We write blogs, we email our representatives, and we compose letters to editors. If we have anything important to say, we should do our very best to make sure it is said well. It would be a travesty if our message was not taken seriously because it was presented poorly. In other words, learn how to write well.

I am part of the NRA and several other Pro Gun organizations, DC was not pro active it was reative to a bill created by liberials one we had to fight to protect. Trust me when writing to the power that be I will write a very respectable letter. What I am saying is Lets not just count on the NRA and other organizations, yes be a strong part and member but also on a more local front make sure we do all we can. In the United Kingdon they will tell you they stood idle and bitched about oh they will take our guns what will we do and BAM goonnee. We need to be ONE VOICE and start now and bring up issues of things that have been banned and try to fight for them to remove that ban, Fight to have a law passed that will protect anyone from creating more bans instead of trying to over turn them. I donate alot to the NRA and we need to do all we can but enough is NOT enough we can not do enough on our level. Trust me I moved out of the State of New Jersey for that very reason, it horrible there. I guess in short does anyone have plans to be proactive and if so what are you doing so maybe we can all do the same to look united on this topic.
