Liam Neeson new movie the 13th!!!

Liam Neeson's new Movie "Run All Night" gets released on the 13th and I sincerely hope that everyone who owns a gun and has heard about his thoughts about Americans and guns makes sure they Boycott this movie. He is a leech that says things against American Gun Owners and then turns right around and makes a living promoting gun violence using the very item he is suppose to be totally against. I hope and pray that the American people show him their feelings at the box office. I hate that

Ed Harris may also suffer from a boycott but then I have not researched Mr. Harris to find out his views on the 2nd Amendment either................jmho

every one of his movies are exactly like Taken; identical plot, identical scenes and identical actors.  I wouldn't waste any money on it anyways.

Seems like after the 3rd or 4th copycat that people would stop watching anyways

I went and looked at the NRA list of celebrities and Ed Harris is not on it. Sorry that he is involved with Liam Neeson in this movie but I guess work is work in Hollywood and sometimes you have to associate with people you would rather not. At least he is trying to kill Neeson in the movie........... :ugh: :ugh:

I was going to make a movie about a guy who's daughter was kidnapped overseas but it was Taken, so I decided to make a movie about a guy and his wife that were kidnapped by the same group of people but it was Taken 2.
Not trying to be funny but Liam Neeson's snow ski's have killed more people than all of my firearms combined. Edited by toby1304

I have been trying to research what company supplied the prop guns used in this latest film since the company that had been supplying the props PARA USA has said after Taken 3 they would no longer be providing any props to any movie in which Neeson was starring in. So far i have come up blank but I will keep trying. If anyone else has found out who it is that supplied the props I hope they post the companies name here............... :2cents:

I've never researched an actor's views on any topic prior to seeing a movie, either the movie is entertaining or it's not and the political views of the participants won't change that one way or the other. As a result, I rarely know what any particular celebrity's views are, and if I do it's purely incidental.  I most likely won't see this one mostly because it doesn't sound very interesting ...

Same here.  I can separate a persons views from the entertainment they provide.  Liam Neeson has made some decent films, Schindler's List being tops among them.  I'm not automatically going to deny myself a good movie or TV show, because someone has an opinion I disagree with.

I won't buy it or pay to see it in the theaters, but I can't promise I won't watch it on satellite when they start playing it.  He's a douchenozzle but I still like the roles he plays.

I don't watch films in the theatres, and I don't rent them. I do subscribe to Netflix and a few premium channels. I stay a few years behind the curve. It is rare that I buy a hard copy anymore, as the standard medium keeps changing. I still own VHS cassettes, and if I looked hard enough, I bet I have some Betamax as well.

That said, if it airs, and I see it, I will watch it.

It is my opinion that actors are paid for their ability to entertain me. Not their opinions or political views. Liam Neeson entertains me.

I also find that it really simplifies my life not to follow the Hollywood machine. After all, that is the formula that brought us the Kardashians.

Sean Penn is another POS hypocrite that hates guns and America, who has a new action movie coming out portraying him as a badass tough guy, ex soldier, saving the world using guns. I can usually separate the art from the artist, but with Penn, I can't even stand to look at him. He literally disgusts me so bad that I refuse to watch anything he is in.

I may watch Neeson's new movie, but I'll wait till I can watch it for free.

I might watch the movie if I get a chance to see it for free but only out of respect for Ed Harris. I have enjoyed many of his movies with the Abyss I think being one of his best. I watch that movie every time it is on TV......................

You can transfer those over to DVD/Blueray.

I won't be watching in theater or renting it. But I will be saying "ARRR" and watching it online. I can't bring myself to support him or the companies that hire him. He is a decent actor though.

I had the same reaction to the commercials for the Penn movie.

Me three. I can easily separate the art from the artist, have all my life. Otherwise, you miss out on some very fine stuff in all areas of the arts.

And yep, that even includes Hanoi Jane -- she's done some very fine movies indeed.

Sean Penn may be full of it, but with his track record with women (Madonna & Robin Wright in their prime, Charlize Theron & ScarJo in modern times) is legit.

I was watching an advertisement abou the new Sean Penn Movie The GUNMAN and I noticed that it was made by the same group of people that made all of the Movies "Taken"  with Neeson. Maybe since Neeson has drawn so much bad public publicity recently they thought they needed to find another bad guy to make movies with. I don't know who they have running that outfit but by picking Penn is like jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. Penn has been hated by folks for years and has not been able to find much work in Tinsel Town ............jmho
