Any of you do handyman work professionally?

I have an empty house in Rutherford County that I need to have some basic handyman work done on.  At this point we're just talking about hanging some new interior doors and maybe some drywall patching.   Doors would need to be trimmed to size and hinges mortised in.

It's all stuff I could do if I had time, but it's really hard for me to come by any of that lately.  I'm going to try to put the place up for sale in a few weeks so I'd like to hire someone to do this bit of work for me.

I don't, but have a guy that I use and he does excellent work. Probably not the cheapest, but you can give him a punch list and rest assured it will be done. PM if you're interested in his contact info.

When we sold our home in Crieve Hall recently we had a handy man come out and do quite a bit for us. He was very decently priced, tile work was beautiful and he did it pretty quickly. He's a talker but if you keep it to a just answering questions it's ok. His company is called Maintenance Magic.
