I hate selling firearms period, that is for sure, I have a Wilson Combat Beretta 92 on the way however, so I may give  the 9mm a chance for a spell anyway

Ok you've gotta review that once it arrives.  I'm curious!

I wish I had never sold my Colt Gold Cup National Match 70 series! I still cry when I think of it!

awhile back i was thinking about trading in my rock island 1911 in 45 for one in 9mm but a buddy of mine (thats a glock guy none the less) talked me out of it and said" just save up your money and get a double stack rock island in 9mm"  so here i am saving up my money LOL

How ironic....since this topic started, my friend to whom I sold my SR1911, along with my PPK, is moving back to Commifornia.  He didn't want to go through the hassle of registering the guns he purchased here in TN and decided to sell them.  He offered (well, I insisted I get 1st dibs) to sell them back.  You know what they say "if you love something let it free and if comes back yours".  :pleased:

You might want to let him know that it's not only not a big PITA to register the guns, he can (or could when I lived there, don't think its changed) bring and register handguns that where NOT on the CA DOJ Nancy list. Some of them are could bring him 100s more than selling here and the selling is 100% above board when done through an FFL. I'm not advocating or suggesting anything that might be construed as engaging in business, but if he's even a little unsure as to keep what he has or not, I would suggest figuring it out over there.

Unless you just really want your pistols back :D
