Anyone have any fun out there today? I had a blast doing donuts since my car only made a block out before I gave up. 50/50 distribution worked against me.

My dad took the 4 wheeler out and had some fun. I will admit, im glad i didn't take my car. With all the ice pilled up it would have destroyed my bumper and underside.

Being an adult that doesn't like to pay 'stupid taxes' anymore, I stayed home today. They closed the office, so I had to work from home. They supposedly declared a state of emergency up here over a foot of snow. We have food (Bread and Milk Oh My!) and power.

Dont worry. They closed the roads a mile and a half from my house. So I walked home. Only fell three times so I am proud of myself.

It was FREEZING COLD here this morning, then it warmed up and rained, now it's dropping below freezing again. Weird, but it always does that. Everyone around us gets it... kids are mad, lol

My brass monkeys  are huddled in a corner, and one of them just pulled a knife on me.

Had a blast on the way into work. My commuter only has around 100hp so it's rarely fast enough to pass anything but this morning with the chains on I was passing stuck and sliding cars and suvs left and right. Got into work faster on the ice than I typically do on clear days in traffic.  :stunned:

I'm gonna have to get on the roads here in a few hours to try and head to a corporate function downtown. I either attempt the roads or lose out on a ####load of money.

They say everyone's life has a price.  :)

But seriously, the major roads are mostly clear it seems.  The secondary roads are probably a little sketchy still, and the tertiary roads I've been on out in the county are still covered with ice.  Be careful.

I shoveled ice off my driveway while the sun was out, but I didn't have fun.

Note to self: Never shovel ice off your driveway and then come in and sit for an hour.

LOL... love it.   I parted ways with my Wrangler early last year and began daily-driving the Raptor.  It was looking kind of sad and lonely sitting in the garage all the time.

Haha, thanks man. I made it safely, getting back home was another story. I had to leave my car on the side of a hill and walk 1.5 miles mostly uphill with my guitar, a backpack, and a case of beer I bought on the way home. Total pain in the ass.
