after getting a firearms trust, can one list ALL of their weapons or place all of their weapons in the trust regardless of class?

Had an idea, and its too late to call "the abogado"

I asked John about this and he said yes absolutely, however doing so will essentially give the ATF of an itemized list of all items owned by the trust whenever you send your schedule A.

Or something like that :D . He did say it was possible, but after we went over it I opted not to bother.

I have a copy of my schedule A that has all of my items on it.  But when I send it to ATF, they don't get that copy.  Hasn't really hurt me yet.

Yeah, I have a real schedule A and a "revised" schedule A for submissions. I am not going to include a schedule A with my next eFile. I have been told by several people they got approved without a recent schedule A attached. Just make sure to add it to the hard copy to cover you, or any trustee, if it comes into question whether the NFA item is trust property.

None I've seen have been denied w/ a blank revised or supplement schedule. Only schedule sheet they got was of the initial funding item.

I leave my schedule A blank and have been approved numerous times, both eFile and paper.  I have a hard copy revised one in my safe.

My schedule A is defined in my trust as a listing of all property delivered to the trustee as of the date of trust adoption.  There was no property delivered to the trustee on that date.  Accordingly, my schedule A is blank.  Property delivered to the trustee subsequent to my trust adoption date has been accomplished via a simple assignment to trust form included with each Form 4 and Form 1 submission. Bills of Sale for my NFA items are in the name of my trust and and all items paid for with a check drawn on my NFA Trust account.  I will have no problems proving trust ownership.
