Took my Glock 20 Out Today

Wow.  This is the first time I have shot it.  It was a pleasure to shoot.  The gen 4 frame feels great and is easy to control in my small to medium sized hands.

 

I was shooting wad cutters and was impressed at how accurate it was.  On top if that, it was just a blast to shoot.  I am very happy with my 20.  :up:

Did you install an aftermarket barrel? 

 

I've always been curious about 10mm and only had the pleasure of shooting the caliber once. I think it would be fun to hunt with. We have a lot of hogs down here and my buddy takes em down with his GP100 but a 10mm would be just as good I'm sure.

I had a Gen 3 20 I bought a few years ago thinking I would do some hunting with it. I regret selling it.

I'm anxious to give the new long slide 10mm Glock a try!  I've waited some time for them to make one!  Looks to be a great HD/Woods/Farm/Vehicle gun.

Nope.  Just the standard barrel that came with it.

Didn't take any pics.  I was doing most of my shooting at 7-10 yards.  It was no problem keeping a 2" group at that distance.  I then moved back to 20 yards and shot it offhand.  I was using 6" shoot n see targets.  Out of a ten round mag 7 were within a 4" group, 2 others increased the group to about 5" and the 10th shot I rushed and missed the target by several inches.

 

Overall I was very happy with the results.

Thanks for the comments. My brother-in-law, who is not a Glock, nor any "plastic" gun fan, stunned me this morning.

 

He wants to try the G20.

There are a lot of people that have or want to try a Glock 10mm, but only because they want a 10mm. Many are willing to put the Glock hate aside for lightweight, durable, and affordable 10mm.
