Good example of why we have to have laws; some people are too stupid to do what’s right. I guess they will have to do like most other cities and outlaw it.
He looks like a kid.

Exactly what I was thinking. I see a new city ordinance being fast-tracked soon.

Good grief! I am still having trouble deciding if I can safely put up a three sided berm on my property out in the county on 3 acres. This guy has a pile of sand and a couple of pallets in a back yard with neighbors on the other side i'm sure. How does he think that's safe?

He would be better off using a reinforced shipping container with proper ventilation.  At 21, he has no idea of the liability attached to his makeshift sand pile "range".

sometimes I think these people MUST be brainwashed plants by the leftwing folks.  Guys like this and the guys that carry an AR15 to Target or Starbucks are killing our side.

He looks like he's ex military "or a wanna be" so him being evaluated wouldnt necessarily be a bad thing in this situation...he might be a little  :screwy:.

He is wearing a UPS shirt which makes me assume UPS is his employer.  I wonder if UPS has some sort of policy against wearing their Logo in a situation they consider to be detrimental and if so if they will try to discipline him.

"Ok kids, by muzzle down range, I mean keep to the left of Smith's garden gnome and over on the right, do you see Mrs. Pope's birdbath..."

It's a darn good thing for the neighbors that all dogs must be leased, why, they'd be breaking the law if their mutt ran across a hot range and got shot.

We'll post a few No Trespassing signs to keep the pesky neighbor kids out.

After watching the video he needs to be evaluated for psychological issues...he literally has a pile of sand surrounded by old wooden pallets. Guy is a freaking retard.

Try this one:

That one worked, thanks. I'm not really sure what I think about this. If he had several acres, it wouldn't be a big deal, but it looks like his house is pretty close to the ones around him. He needs to just find a public or private range and do his shooting there.

This isn't the way to make friends with your neighbors, that's for sure.

He is a kid who thinks he is making a good stand, just like that good ol' feller in Nashville that is too stupid to see the harm he is causing.

I guess he doesn't realize that the laws will be enacted in days to change that. If he has a city official living on his block, he had to know that would happen.

If I lived down the road from this tool bag and had a legitimate range this guy would get throttled. This kind of behavior only hurts responsible gun owners.

Maybe the neighbors should just start shooting at the opposite side of his "range" and see how long it lasts. Edited by gjohnsoniv
