.... speechless ....

Must. Get. This. Ammo.

I just shot my 10 a little today, and enjoyed the extra snort of the Hornady defensive stuff over the vanilla fmj 10 ammo I was shooting. I have yet to try the underwood stuff, but it's on my short list. It seems when I have money they're out of stock, and when they're in stock, I'm broke.

This ammo will be mine... oh yes! It WILL be mine!

Whoa now, that was impressive.

Guess that would work together very well with the new 10mm long slide Glock and optic mount.

Over-penetration is most certainly a concern with this stuff but the 10mm cartridge was one of the first things I thought of after watching the ISIS shitbags shoot up Paris while wearing body armor a few weeks ago.

I didn't think of that, necessarily, but good point. I was thinking more along the lines of getting through car doors, interior walls, etc. Glad I already have the platform, now to just get the ammo! Do you have a 10MM, David? Just curious what you'd pick from the fairly limited field.

Word. That new G40 or whatever has me a little tempted to join the Glock side... if I ever sell my soul it'll be for that! Edited by musicman

Yeah don't get all crazy and go buy a Glock or something.

Would this weight/speed 10mm be better for hunting as well or would a higher weight(220 grain) lower speed(1200fps) round be better? I understand I can't use a FMJ round for hunting.

I love Lehigh. I have some of their 300 grain machined brass bullets for my 458 SOCOM. You can push one thru a concrete block, and it just scratches is up. Lead free isn't ALL about tree hugging.

I have a g29 that gets "lively" when I shoot full boogie underwood stuff.

I'm curious about the new Sig 220 in 10mm...

But, if I had a choice a MP5/10 would my first preference.

Hey David a much better Isis round would be the one's that have been sprayed with pigs blood. I have long contested a squirt gun with pigs blood would be pretty effective. In fact transport planes that normally carry water for forest fires full of pigs blood would probably put a dent in the uprisings!!

Wow!

I'd buy some if I needed to shoot through refrigerators.

. . . . or a row of refrigerators.

Wouldn't that be hell in a carbine?

Impressive.  I use the Underwood 180gr XTP JHP as hunting ammo.  Hopefully next year I will actually get a chance to test out how they perform on a deer.
