Well, they ain't making land anymore.  What are they supposed to do, let it sit vacant?

Don't know why people would get all upset.  That crap happened and you can't change history.  The world should let it go.  Get busy living or get busy dying.

On Thursday, German newspaper Handelsblatt commented that the real, underlying problem was far worse than the accommodation of refugees in former death camps: "The use of decaying buildings, containers or even tents as refugee centers does neither enable people to live in dignity, nor will it promote assimilation."

So put them up in Five Star hotels.

I'm ok with using existing buildings to fix a housing problem. It is either that or bulldoze the land and make it a park.

However, it is inevitable that these places will become dens of radical fundamentalists that will plot to overthrow the German government.

Dachau (and presumably others, but I've only been to dachau) actually housed liberated prisoners for an extended period of time after the war's close. They were ill, malnurished, and a lot of the places they called home prior to imprisonment laid in ruins... so there was no where else to go.

How'd that make you feel, survive only to have nowhere else to go... if you were even able.
