How do we reserve a spot for this class?

Just PM Randy, give him a day or three to respond and he will hook you up!

As we get closer, I am sure the alumni will share some best practices so you can get the most from the class.

To get the most bang for your buck, here's a few best practices I learned from attending these "continuing ed" courses.

Hydrate...continuously
bring a camp chair
A mag loader is nice to have
bring a second gun/holster if you're got one. Allows you to "test drive" your BUG or secondary handgun and in the highly unlikely event your primary goes down, you still get to play.
We drill in a field frequented by cows and in wet weather can get sloppy, wear appropriate foot gear. I promise the range will be much better groomed than we had at the last event.
I bring a shelter and a folding table. Extra shelters are appreciated as there is no shade.
For the ladies attending, my in laws provide bathroom facilities.
Pack in your lunch and snacks, nothing close in terms of time.

Rain is God's way of keeping you cool.  Besides, you generally don't get to pick when your fight is going to happen or what the weather is going to be like.  :)

Let's see those high end 1911's get all muddy and nasty out there!  :D

If anyone has an extra "easy up" canopy they don't mind bringing that would be great. They help keep both the sun and rain off of us. Most people can handle training in the rain....they don't much like sitting and eating lunch in the rain though....

Can we get a head count on who all is planning to be there so I'm sure I have enough "Q" targets for the Air Marshal Qualification?

So far it is looking like
