I once got bit by the decapping die on one of my presses.   I didn't draw blood but I was also able to figure out I might need to stop before continuing.   There has to be more to this story.

This is what I was thinking as well. I got my finger once, didn't draw blood, but from then on I am very aware of what the right hand is doing before I stick my left one in there.
