The CMC's are a great value. 

 

The Geissele is amazing ( I like the SD3G), but a little spendy.

Probably not quite 3 lbs, but I can take a stone and make a passable milspec trigger.

Yup, I use the flat one. No creep or take up. Just a proverbial glass rod with extremely short reset.

I would just buy the Geissele SD3G and be done. It's $250 or so but I can't imagine getting a better option.

Not sure what makes a 3gun trigger but it will also depend on if you want a single stage or two stage. I have a 3lb Timney Single Stage. Lemme know next time you're headed to Livingston and I'll bring my AR with me.
