Ted S and me were just talking about this in the chatroom. There are alot of members from Clarksville on here that we should have a meet up. So, any ideas on when and where we should meet? Edited by FortKnox

Casa Blanca has been suggested in chat, but I'm open to other places. Can't do it this week, and I'll probably call ahead to make sure wherever we go will work out for our needs so long as this shows enough interest.

Oh, if we do this, please bring nametags if possibe. My short term memory is horrid.

I'd be up for a M&G, how about choosing a vet owned business though, there are quite a few coffee houses, lounges and eateries that qualify.

I'd be interested. Last M&G we had here (that I remember) was at the Montgomery County Range. Ron Padilla hasn't been on here much, I'll call him when a time and place is picked. I think it would be a good idea to post this in the "Events and Gatherings" page. It may get more exposure. Just and idea...

Depending upon group consensus I'm in. The Casa Blanca restaurant on Riverside Drive next to the Hooter's Restaurant is a nice spot, but then so is Shoney's at North 2nd & Kraft St. As to vet owned locations in Clarksville???

Please do that, it really helps everyone unless you already know people there.

I was the only one with a name tag at the Donelson/Nashville M/G and I do believe it would have been easier, at least for me, to remember all the names.

Just read the posting and would like to attend the m&g, just need some notice to plan for it, Sunday is of course church day for us but open any other time of the week.

Ron, if you need a ride, I think I could arrange that. Just let me know.

Buddy, your memory is better than mine. I'm thinking next meet, if I can learn how to do it quickly, a smart phone photo id session and have contact lists.

What do you think?

Sounds like a good idea. I'm thinking a nametag with avatar, username, and real name would help out a lot too.

Anyone think of anywhere?

Although a great idea, I don't know any Vet owned shops. Outside of that, I'm open to Shoney's or Casa Blanca...that's pretty centrally located.

I've never been there, but I trust your judgement  Omega! Someone make a decision here. Retirement checks come in on the 2nd. Let's go eat somewhere!

So, after the 2nd, not on a Sunday, and we're probably going to Casa Blanca. I will make a call or two this week to check with Casa Blanca. They have coffee, so they have my vote.

I'm in Ashland City but would be interested in meeting people and putting faces with some names.  It depends on the date and time but my schedule is pretty flexible.
