Tul-Ammo Brass MAXX from Bosnia and Herzgovenia

Recommended Posts

Posted

Was in my Chapman Highway WM buying targets and see a small can of 9mm.

Figure it'll shoot just fine through my Cold War masterpiece called the CZ 75B

100 rounds, $23.97

A little dirty, but not one malfunction of any kind.

The plastic can is even re-usable...see we gun nutz is environmentally conscious folk.

I bought a tube of it recently as well. I haven't shot it yet but I'm sure it will be fine. My friend has shot a bunch of it through his Beretta 92 without issue.

Honestly though, Wal-Mart is no longer the cheapest supplier of ammo. I've been buying most of mine online at significantly less.

I have gone thru a can of that ammo with no problems what so ever. Have another can that i have ready next time i go to the range.

True, walmart isn't the cheapest place to go anymore, but for those who don't shoot a lot, it is good to have access to some ammo again.

I've found the brassmax ammo to be perfectly reliable, and the brass is fine for reloading. However, I do notice that the ammo is quite dirty, leaving large flakes and chunks all over the bench after just a magazine or two of shooting. If I were planning on an extra long shooting session or an IDPA match or something, I'd probably choose something else just to reduce the risk of fouling my gun and causing it not to run 100%.

I haven't experienced any function issues with it, but I have also never shot more than one tub of it in a session and even that is usually split between a few guns. Edited by musicman
