col/ogive question.

I'm looking at my 9th edition Hornady Reloading Manual and I'm trying to figure out the correct COL for 9mm 115g XTP bullets.   The manual list a COL of 1.075" for this bullet.  Is that measurement from the back of the case to the ogive or to the nose of the bullet?   I've looked all over the place online for the best way to accurately measure to the ogive but everything I find online is more concerned about measuring the ogive for rifle but not pistol.

..............or you can take the seater plug out of your seating die to see where it lands on the bullet(tip or ogive), This will be a positive identifier
