Great Customer Service at MAS Defense

I ordered a GTMU free float quad rail from MAS Defense a few weeks ago.  When I went to install it, the set screw that secures the handguard to the barrel nut would not break loose.  I ended up rounding out the hex head and had to use an extractor to get the dang screw out.  I think that it was either severely over tightened from the factory or cross-threaded.  I called MAS Defense and let them know what happened.  They offered to put a new set screw in the mail at no charge.  This is the second time that I have ordered from them.  They have good prices, fast shipping, great customer service!

I love MAS Defense. When I received my last order, I realized they also sent a buffer, buffer spring, and a end plate that I didn't order. When I called to inform them of their mistake, they told me to keep it all of it.
