I see several people who should have woken up in a hospital needing emergency surgery to remove a cell phone from their ass.

Seriously... I just couldn't do that job.  You guys keep that in mind the next time someone posts a "cop bashing" thread here on TGO.  This is the sort of B.S. they put up with on a daily basis.  If 9 out of 10 people you encountered in your job acted like those assholes, you would probably find it really hard to choke back the expectation that the 10th person was going to be any different.

And for what it's worth, the blacks in the ghetto are just the most recent arrivals to the video everything the cops do party.  Stupid ass white people started it during during protests and demonstrations, just HOPING to catch one cop at his wits end, finally going upside someone's head with a well-deserved baton or a boot.

Freedom gives you a lot of things in this country, but one thing it SHOULDN'T is freedom from consequences.  Those highly productive members of black society who were obviously just on a lunch break from their well-paying jobs at Edward Jones and Associates, clearly got lucky and missed the Consequences Bus that day.

Martin Luther King must be rolling over in his grave.  He died for THIS?!?

Nothing but a bunch of disrespectful kids that think they're hard and gangsta.

They need a father like this guy...

I bet that female cop could have took down the mouthy one with camera all by herself.

Kudos to the Nash Metro LEO's for handling a situation that most folks would have probably went full parental discipline on those clowns. They definitely exercised some extreme restraint and patience.

That guy resisted because of the taunting from the thugs. Once I had him in the car I would have cuffed and stuffed the loud mouth, and he would have taken the ride with him.

What they need is a father, period.  With as many single mothers out there all they have for male roll models are other street punks.

What they need is some time with those black sticks that the popo used to carry. Instead of SWAT, they need dedicated ass kicking teams. Just beat on those assholes until their social skills improve.

Everyone shouid read this...

Every now and then you come across an article that folks just need to read. This one written by Michael Smith entitled, “Confessions of a Public Defender” and originally posted at American Renaissance on May 9, 2014 is one of those articles.
It is a profound and deeply disturbing piece, which, as we end 2014, we all need to comprehend as we move towards the 50th anniversary of the Great Society initiatives of President Lyndon Baines Johnson.

Smith articulates that which ails the black community — the real discussion we should be having on race, not that of victimhood and the further expansion of the welfare nanny-state.

He begins by saying, “I am a public defender in a large southern metropolitan area. Fewer than ten percent of the people in the area I serve are black but over 90 per cent of my clients are black. The remaining ten percent are mainly Hispanics but there are a few whites.”

“I have no explanation for why this is, but crime has racial patterns. Hispanics usually commit two kinds of crime: sexual assault on children and driving under the influence. Blacks commit many violent crimes but very few sex crimes. The handful of whites I see commit all kinds of crimes. In my many years as a public defender I have represented only three Asians, and one was half black.”

He presents his observations based on his personal experience with black defendants, and his words will no doubt inflame many.

It will take you only 5 minutes to read this article — and I would bet you’ll read it again. Then ask yourself, is this something you hear Al Sharpton addressing? Or President Obama, Eric Holder, Jeh Johnson or Jesse Jackson?

I’m quite sure the progressive socialist left will criticize me for sharing this article – that’s just who they are – they hate the truth. But if there is a war to be fought, it is for the soul of the inner city and the black community. The facts and observations in this are not shocking to me. They are quite well known, but the manner in which the writer so eloquently presents them is quite commendable.

We cannot begin to “have a conversation about race” until we are willing to honestly address the facts.

As Smith says at the end, “I do know that it is wrong to deceive the public. Whatever solutions we seek should be based on the truth rather than what we would prefer was the truth.”

Cops need LOTS more dogs with them. It would be a shame if one or two got loose and ate a few of those pieces of ####.

smilielol5.gif I have been in a few of those situations. A K9 Officer shows up and gets a dog out and it’s nothing but azzholes and elbows.
Why? Because criminals know those dogs do not give a damn; they are color blind and can’t be intimidated.

Take out the "F" word & variants, and those imbeciles lost 60%+ of their functional communications tools.

Wow! That was a powerful article. Do you reckon Rev. Al read this?

Wow! Did you ever hit the nail on the head here!

Poverty, drugs, and unemployment are just symptoms of what ails many black communities. In the 1940's the illegitimacy rate in the black community was only 14%...today it is 70%! Where are these kids learning how to be adults? I think too many of them would rather emulate Lil Wayne and Soulja Boy than a real role model like Mos Def or Will Smith.
Posted

Why would they get married?  We incentivize this stuff with our tax money.  Get married and they lose the benefits, so my guess is that 70% will not be the highest percentage we see in our lives.

I didn't see a thing wrong in that video from either the officers or the onlookers.  I wouldn't agree with the demeanor or the language used by the crowd, but they have the right to be there, and say what they want to say.  If their actions stepped over the line, there would be a need for consequences, but they didn't.

I get that LEO's have to deal near exclusively with assclowns, but if they didn't know that going in, or can't handle it after doing the job for too long, they are free to quit.  We pay them- that's right we pay them through our taxes- to behave professionally at all times.  The officers in the video didn't demonstrate restraint to me, they did their jobs.  As it should be every time.

Also, the onlookers have the right to film the police officers.  I have a live video streaming app on my phone for that purpose as well that uploads a video as it records, so I can access it later if my mobile happens to have an accident.  You can be damn sure it gets turned on every time I encounter an LEO.  It's for my personal protection, because quite frankly, I feel the need for that insurance, not because I'm for hoping to catch a cop doing the wrong thing.  Thank all the officers who do the wrong thing for destroying my trust in the system.

Just in case you run into somebody like TGO David, will your phone transmit the video stream from your ass? :)
