I find my HCP badge catches on the rug during shoulder rolls.

 

Once I switched to a sash, I've never looked back. Higher visibility and none of the drawbacks of the standard badge. I can't prove it, but I swear it improves my time in my training room.

I had that problem too. But once I started wearing my plate carrier 24/7, I found it tucks nicely into the top shoulder pocket, and there's still enough room for some beef jerky.
