kidos to the wife/partner/friend whoever.  She did not waste a second getting that elevator back down, and phone in hand dialing (911?). - and then summoning help.

 

Good point to remember when helping anyone in a similar situation, did you see him pick the handgun up by the muzzle/slide when he was exiting the elevator.  He was understandably not in his right mind, but if any of us are ever helping someone in a similar situation, it's good to remember to make sure the firearm is secure and made safe.
