I just wanted to remind everyone that no matter how busy we all get in our daily lives or how crappy our day has been to never forget to hold your loved ones close to you and hug them every day and tell them how much you love and appreciate them. This goes for our friends and buddies too! 

 

I want to NEVER regret again not saying something or giving someone a well deserved hug or thank you. So please be kind to one another!

 

With that said Happy New Years to everyone and I pray that hope that 2015 brings success, hope, faith and love to everyone!

BVD words to live by. I had a shooting buddy that we spent a lot of time together and he died suddenly and I have struggled for several years that as close as we were to each other I failed to ask him the most important question of all. Do you know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior? I won't know until I die if he did or not. But it reminds me to ask folks that I am close to and I actually do it in a 3rd person sort of way, I just say that I didn't ask Tim if he knew Jesus. In this way it doesn't put pressure on that person, but it does make them think and that is all I want to do. Don't take me the wrong way I am not being Holier than thou, I have many faults and am far from perfect. I wish all of you a happy, safe, healthy, prosperous New Year!!!!!!!!! Mac

A long time ago my entire family made a pack that we would never leave another's home without hugs and I love You's and we never end a phone call without an I love you and even though it was many years ago it has been passed down to the grandchildren and they also never fail to do and say it to any one they have spoken to or visited. We also have a policy of never going to bed or leaving a family members home mad or upset with out first making peace and saying I love you. It has made all of us much closer. I also noticed that with my eyes fading slowly I was having difficulty reading my bible so yesterday I ordered a new one from Amazon that has the 15.5 font size print so I can begin reading the bible again. I don't preach religion but I do find great peace while reading it................ :up:  :up:
