I honestly feel that every life matters with few exceptions. My question is if they really believed this, why have they not been marching and doing major protests in the City of Chicago were blacks are killing other blacks by the hundreds every year for as far back as I can remember? Do Black lives only count when a white man takes one in the line of duty as an officer of the law? .........................jmho

Excellent point. Obviously black lives only matter when taken in self defense by white LEO's, which occurs at a much lower rate than black on black murders. It really just stands to reason that events in an LEO's workday, being on the front lines of black lawlessness, are going to be put in SD situations statistically much higher than most of us. Then, you add in the fact that its the WHITE LEO'S where the hatred is focused, it just don't make much sense. But then, nothing in America under Obama and the Democrats makes much sense.

There's a big difference between lives taken through crime, and lives taken by representatives of government that has a historical record of abuse towards minorities.  We're not far enough removed from all the bad things that the black community had to live through, all with governmental sanction, to be forgotten easily by them.

A life is a life. Whether taken by a LEO doing his job or one criminal killing another or and innocent person.  I do agree that for many years the Black race was discriminated against. I will also add that Martin Luther King succeeded in bringing that point up better than any other and he was successful in getting the policies put in play to stop the unfairness towards Blacks. After being able to get those great things done for his people in turn a very limited amount of them took advantage of their new found freedoms. If anything they felt they were entitled to even more freebees by the Government. I would like to meet one Black person that has ever been a true Slave. The only thing young Blacks base their actions on are what they are told by men and women that also were never Slaves. I have Black friends that work hard everyday and ask for nothing for free. They never join in protests but they do have many negative views about those that do and as one said the other day as we were talking. He said,  "All they are doing is hurting people like me and my family with their actions." I felt bad for him because he is a good friend. I also have little to no respect for the white people that are also see in these protests. They are only helping to throw fuel on an already bad situation but I also know this is America and they do have that right! .................................jmho

Rudy Giuliani mentioned this on Meet The Press and was called a racist.  However, the President gets a pass. :squint:

Believe me NE, the last thing the black communities want to hear is statistics showing how many blacks kill other blacks. When the proof is in the pudding and statistics are published it only proves that many black people are the more racist because they will kill their own and very little to nothing is addressed to fix it but let one white man or officer shoot a black person and all HELL breaks loose!!! So in all reality who is the most racist? How many times have you see Al the REV Sharpton or the REV Jesse Jackson or many other so called black leaders protesting a Black on Black Killing? Like I said before. THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING and the pudding is the black community leaders. Lets take a look at Chicago just a second since Chicago has the largest Black on Black murders of any big city. Our President was a Community Organizer in Chicago and went from there to the U.S. Senate and from there to the White House in 2.7 years. If he is trying to organize our great nation in the same way he did in Chicago it is no wonder our country is in shambles. One long look at Chicago and it is evident he failed both the communities of Chicago and his rating in the White House are not any better........................jmvho!!!
