I'll be anxious to hear how you like the Lure.

I've been running their Moken 14 for about 6 months and love it!  FeelFree makes a great boat.

So far I love it. The seat and standing platform really sold me on it. I have fished out of it 3 time so far and I have been pleased. I had a cheaper sit in kayak before this so it's a big step up. I will say It's going to take me some time to get my sea legs and get used to standing in it. I have been hesitant to try it because I don't really want to fall in during winter.

It does take a bit to get your legs underneath you.  I've been paddleboarding for several years, and even so, the transition to standing in the kayak is tenuous.  The leash helps a lot.

Reed you're going to love the Weathertech mats.  I've bought them for every vehicle I've owned for the past 10 years or so and they work perfectly.  I run them in my truck also and they've kept the carpet looking as good as new regardless of how dirty, wet and nasty my shoes are when I get in.

Your right, so far I love them! I couldnt believe how well they fit, they fell into place perfectly. I hated using them cause they were so nice lol, but at the end of the day they ARE floor mats after all. I like how the sides go up a few inches to keep and debris and nastiness from getting under the mat.

I got a set of weathertech liners for my FJ as well. I'll post a pic when I get home and install.

Nice. A Christmas present as well?

Yessir. I need to control the mud volume in my FJ, haha. I had a set in the last chevy I had at work and they're pretty nice.

Like everybody I like getting gifts for Christmas, but I like playing Santa better. Knowing they'd end up playing with/sharing each others presents, the 2yr old and 5yr old got two joint gifts, a Frozen Powerwheels Jeep (a huge PITA to assemble) and a complete baby doll care station. The 5yr old drives and the 2yr old navigates and is in charge of the radio. My 10yr old got a 10" Lenovo tablet with Bluetooth keyboard...I am so jealous. My wife and I are postponing ours probably till we get our tax return.

I made my Mom cry with hers. A little background, her dad, my Grandpa Tom, died in January. The weekend after Thanksgiving, the family decided to finally clean out his house. It was really hard on her. We found some of the silverware they had from when she was a little girl. Everyone that wanted a place setting as a keepsake got one. My wife and I, with plans already in the works, asked for the rest. I made her this from the stems of two of the spoons.

I'm exceptionally happy and proud of the way it turned out. I also have plans for a matching necklace and possibly a ring. I'll probably make two more for both of my aunts.

I'm still working on my Dad's gift, I simply ran out of time, especially since I wasn't able to do much of anything with my hands for almost a week after my carpal tunnel surgery earlier in December.

I am a little ashamed to say that I am now a Pinterest junky. They do have a lot of manly things on there too though, like blacksmithing stuff, etc.

Mom and Dad got me a really nice Damascus dagger, but with a 6" blade and a really wide profile (~1.5"-2" wide blade and an even wider hilt), I felt it was way too big to EDC, which is what I wanted a new fixed blade for. So he's exchanging it for this one as a replacement.

My wife got a Visa gift card from them and has decided that she will use it to adopt a rescue pup, probably a Mexican Hairless/Min Pin girl.

I feel your pain as santa brought one to my daughter too. I thought about using my drill when it came to the 7000 screws, but decided to go the manual route cause i didnt wanna strip out every other one in that plastic.

My parents just bought a used GMC Acadia, I think it's the same car. It had them on it. They fit great. Just get the 'Digital Fit' mats. You won't regret it. Saves the carpet.

Thanks for the comments. But the Acadia is based on the truck platform, while the Traverse is a front drive model.

There's a lot of difference between them. I looked at both, but went with the Traverse for family reasons. I needed something to get my inlaws in and out of easily.

I took both vehicles out on a test and went to see how easily they could get in.

Seemed easier for them in the Traverse. But it's a compromise vehicle, just like most are. It can do most of the things I want, maybe not as sporty as the Acadia, but it works for now.

I do want to highly praise Powerwheels for all of the screws being the same size though, with the exception of 1 or 2 bolts. I loved not having to guess which screw the instructions were talking about. I did use my drill, I just put it on the 2nd to lowest torque setting and BAM!, they were perfectly hand tightened (tried tightening by hand and couldn't budge 'em), didn't strip a single one. After about an hour of learning and practicing driving it, Hope, my 5yr old, was ready for the speed lock to come out. She was driving like a 16yr old after just getting his license, pristine. Speed lock comes out and she's off like Andretti. I am proud to say that she didn't hit a single person or thing the whole time.

Got a decent bonus from work on the 20th, paid my truck on the 21st, got a notification on the 24th, title arrived yesterday..it's all mine...

Congrats! Nothing like kicking the bank to the curb. Not having a payment on it makes it feel almost new.

Foolishly, I strung out the payments on my first car as long as I could. I've hopefully learned a lot since then.

Thanks, I hate owning money to anyone.
Since everyone is showing off their scores mine is the red one.
