I actually like it better than my Submariner

Which submariner do you have? I only ask because I'm thinking about buying one, have wanted one since a was a kid and can finally afford it.

So I'm switching gears.  MC Operator was the direction I was going but I've instead opted for a Colt Rail Gun in all black.  Hoping to have it before the weekend.  More to come.  :)

Well Played Sir...., Well Played.

Because all the other 1911s are just copies!

I have to admit... the Colt Gold Match in my safe, owned by my grandfather, tugged strongly at my heart strings in this decision.  It's a bit of a sentimental decision as much as a practical one.  :)

I can understand that. I have a 1959 National Match my wife's grandfather gave me. But in the end decided on the MC Operator to go with my LW Champion Operator. It was a tough decision between the Colt Rail Gun and MC Operator. The MC Operator just felt better between the two samples I have handled, nothing I could put my finger on.

1976 Marlin 336. Belonged to my late grandpa. Finally got possession of it over Christmas and just got her cleaned up tonight. 3ff43934a865425b94fd4567f99f906d.jpg

.30-30 or .35? Either way, great gun.

A 1972 Harley FLH in medium ratty shape, but all there. Now Santa will come and spread cheer to chrome shops, painters, and bike shops and swap meets throughout the southeast.

It's a 30-30. Got plenty of character not shown well in the photos but I love it. It's a real deal hand me down rifle.

Awesome. I love my. 35 but wouldn't mind picking up a .30-30 since you can actually find ammo for it.

My parents came in yesterday, I got the chronograph I have wanted from them.

Shooting Chrony beta master which has the remote read out. They included a tripod as well.

Reed you're going to love the Weathertech mats.  I've bought them for every vehicle I've owned for the past 10 years or so and they work perfectly.  I run them in my truck also and they've kept the carpet looking as good as new regardless of how dirty, wet and nasty my shoes are when I get in.

Those are the best gifts you can get. I've got quite a few of my grandpa's guns and they are hands down the most important ones I own.
