The last few I picked up at the gun show for $10 each, thinking they were a bargain, were fairly rusty. These look nice, assuming the picture is accurate. I'm tempted to pick up a few, even though I don't really need them.

FYI, they are not GI cans but made in China.  Regardless, I picked up a few on Black Friday.  They're good to go.

Every time I check TGO late at night it ends up costing me money. This is a good deal, though, as long as they are same quality as US military surplus. I recently offered $8 per can to a gun show dealer for a large lot of used dented cans, and he turned me down,he wanted $9 per can. Glad I waited.

Yes sir! Did all my Christmas shopping in an hour and a half with no more than 10 other shoppers in the store at any given time. Then got to the check out lane and nobody there. Two people walked up behind me with a few items each and I let them go ahead of me. Definitely not your typical story for big store shopping! :)

I did get in on some of the door buster black friday deals at Bass Pro, Blackhawk cans at $9.99.  Went back for more, the deal had closed and were back at $19.99.  Same day, caught an ad in the Knoxville News Sentienel, sports section, for J Floyds in Sevierville for the same can for $11.99, caught some more.  But I needed more, so this deal worked good for me. 

 

My Paypal account is in deep doo doo, its the only money I have that my wife can't see.

Oh I do. ha. I've had a full row of .45 ACP up there. about 4,000 rounds maybe on just one side. the shelves sag to say the least…. but haven't broken yet :)

not a bad price for non us army cans.  but they are now back up to the regular price.  you have to look long and hard to find a good price on any ammo can these days.  when i find some at a good price i jump on them.
