Sweet. I want to add a 617 to my 22 collection someday.

Without paying a fortune for one. Hopefully.

Me too, the only used one I came across was $750. On the shelf it still sits.

That's my issue as well. Smith revolvers always seem to be pretty high, and the 617 is like the worst at times. I passed on one last year for 650 that was lnib, that was a mistake.

Shoulda coulda woulda, I hate those.
One of these would pair nicely with my 686 with 6" barrel.

With all of the crazy .22 prices... why has nobody offered to sell me one of these for a few hundred bucks?

 

I mean... you can't even find ammo for them!!!!
