Well. Here is what I have so far. 304 stainless steel core. 8" length. 1.375 O.D. Blast chamber is 2.125, then four .900 chambers and last a 1.100 chamber. The groove is for an O ring. It is a direct thread.  I may do a few small modifications to a few baffles to disrupt flow.

DS, yours will be much quieter though. I considered doing some funky angles and stuff like AAC does on their monocore, but decided as much volume as possible is more important to me.

Your can is going to surprise you. Volume is king in the suppressor world and that one has a tone.

BTW, what caliber is it for?

1,075-1,100 is supersonic in the wintertime. The speed of sound changes with temperatures. I have loads that were running 1,050 fps in the summer but are now supersonic. I now run mine below 1,000 fps to ensure they stay subsonic regardless of which gun I shoot them out of.

I am going to load a few today with 9.5gr and see what they do. I have watched several videos on youtube, and in several of them you still hear some report. But then there are a couple videos that's like, dang you only hear the action of the rifle. That is obviously the goal. We might be doing a Gatlinburg trip before too long. Sounds like a great chance to meet in person and compare notes.

Gas port is .101

I did make an adjustable gas block that works really well. I adjusted it in until it turned into a bolt action rifle, then backed it out a half turn and ran about 50 rounds through it. Cycled perfectly and put all the brass in a pile at 4 o'clock. I am still learning and figuring out what works. Yesterday was the first time I got to shoot it. So I was excited that it ran well and didn't have any issues. Now its just a matter of fine tuning the load. I have added a couple cone shaped inserts to the core. I just welded them in place. In the blast chamber and the last chamber. They should help disrupt some.
