So I got my CLEO to sign off on a SBR project but, money is a little thin right now. So, how long is the signature good for?

I know people that have filled out the Form 1 and gotten a signature, actually waited so long that a new CLEO was in office. They sent the forms in once they could afford the build and it went through with no problems.

I have never seen a ruling on this, but I would say the CLEO's signature wouldn't have an expiration date, since he/she is not the approving authority.

I don't know about the signature.

Your picture has to be "recent" which means in the past 6 months.

Hey JWP, any dealings with HDPS?? That is who I planned on SBR'ing my CA94. I had those guys down the road from you cut, crown, and thread my ban era AR but I found HDPS closer to home. Are you guys doing smith work?? The wife works just down the road.
