I have read several different posts and I just want to make sure this is correct. I purchased a stripped lower (which is regestered as other) from my ffl. I would now like to purchase a 300 aac10.5 complete upper and build the lower as a pistol. Am I legal at this point with out having to do any kind of paper work and stamp? I do have several other complete ar's in the safe that are rifles. I do not at this time plan on making this a sbr. I will be installing a sig brace later due to bad wrist, (insert your comments here). All this leagel stuff hurts my brain.
