I miss those old Christmas specials. Unfortunately since the digital TV change over a few years ago we can't pick up network stations in my area anymore & cable is really, REALLY expensive where I live. Now we have to buy everything on DVD or watch it on our computer if we want to watch anything.

That sure brings back memories in front of grandmas tv and her reminding us to back up from the screen because of the radiation ...
I however, am getting ready to watch the Preds crush the avalanche.

Looks like the last 8" of a Ma Deuce barrell attached to a caulk gun.

I have already heard "....you'll shoot your eye out" 10x this season.  The Christmas Story has been in the m-van dvd player since thanksgiving.

My wife got a DVD with a collection of all the old clay-mation Christmas movies.  The kids have watched them several times already.  Christmas Story is the best ever kids holiday movie.  "The Ref" with Dennis Leary and Kevin Spacey is the best one for adults. It's hilarious.

Good times, I used to have one of these. You pull the little hook back, stuff a cork in the end of the barrel, and commence to slaying bad guys...for all of 5 minutes til you loose all 3 corks that came with it.

Truer words were never spoken, peejman!!

Bad Santa gets my nod for best Christmas movie for grown-ups (tried to avoid using the term "adult movie" and Christmas in the same sentence).

... that's why I said "for adults" instead of "adult movie".  But yes, grown-ups would have been a better word.  And yes, Bad Santa is pretty darn funny.  Any time I think of that movie, one particular line always comes to mind first....

I watched it last night. A guy a work said I look like yukon Cornelius last year so my wife made me pose for a pic so she could post it on Facebook for people to make fun of me and my red beard. Gonna start Mexican carrying a vaquero next week

Don't forget the pick! And you have to lick it every time you throw it and it sticks in the dirt!
