870 Wingmaster in a synthetic stock?

Ok, so I'm looking at doing some trading and the gentleman has an 870 with the "Wingmaster" stamp on the receiver that has a synthetic stock on it.  I've seen plenty of other 870s with synthetic but I can't find any thing that shows a true Wingmaster with a synthetic stock.  Has anyone seen one of these?  If so what was the value on it?

Thanks,
Dane

I'm pretty sure the furniture was swapped. I'm planning on putting a boyds stock on it and selling it. It is a nice smooth action though.

This is my 1979 20" Wingmaster that pulled duty in a patrol car for years. It is beat to hell but runs smooth. It pulls double duty at my house for HD and is my "throw in the Jeep gun" for when I go out wheeling and camping. I hope to get it coated in OD green soon.

How do you like the rifle sights on the shotgun? I have a shotgun with ghost rings and I'm not exactly set on what I think about them. Haven't shot any slugs, like them with buckshot, and hate them for clay target shooting.

I'm not too fond of them but they aren't bad. I haven't done much out past 10 yards or so. I've ran several boxes of cheap Federal 7.5 bird shot just to play around and some 00 to dispose of some old pumpkins. And the occasional skunk and possum. I've not shot any slugs with it.

I've shot slugs out to about 100 yards from my express with the slug barrel and iron sites. It does well enough to put deer in the freezer. Where I used to live in Ohio you couldn't hunt with a rifle.

That's the reason I picked up a shotgun with ghost rings. I would eventually like to try my hand at hunting with slugs and eventually hunting in some other states (Indiana, The  Democratic People's Republic of Illinois, and Ohio). Any recommendations for slugs? I will be tapping my receiver soon so the sky should be the limit but it'll probably end up being about 100 yards.
