Should I buy a press kit or individual pieces?

The Lee scale that comes in those kits is fine. It would be nice if it went higher, but I found mine to be as accurate as many others. Edited by Patton

I agree, I used mine for years. It is accurate but it is sensitive to airflow. I finally got an electronic one about three years ago when midsouth put them on sale. I think the electronic one is better since it has more features and has a tare funtion so you are not limited to the pan it comes with. But the lee one is good to start with if you dont want to spend alot right away. Edited by Omega

I doubt my table will move much but it might. Either way my garage foundation has one row of cinder block on the inside of the floor with a 2x6 or 8 on top of it so I can anchor the legs to that.

I have the top 3" of a row of blocks with the same 2x8 around the inside of my garage. It juts about 6" inward from wall all the way around the outside walls. I have to cut the back legs off of tables and cut notches into shelves in order to put things against the wall. It sucks. Edited by BigK

haha funny you say that. I did just that last night but the back of my table was all flat so I easily screwed it into the wall. I actually like it better that way. I'll post up some pics once I get the press in Monday.
