Ok, well cornbread is pretty much chicken scratch.  Chickens like cracked corn.

Innards ain't bad.  Very nutrition dense.

 

Hushpuppies are basically cornbread.  As you've surmised.

I used to have a friend that made cornbread. ..hers ,I liked.. then  she got me  a Lodge cast Iron skilled with the cornbread mix she used..I tried to make it and failed so many times..lol..Now that skillet hangs outside rusting away.. i cant stand to look at it anymore..( guess maybe cause me and her parted ways and I was really hurt in some way )

No Pickles. Not on my sandwich, not beside my sandwich, not in the same zip code if I can help it. I will eat sour kraut if it's with a good sausage.

I've never been known to turn my nose up to turkey chili or chicken burger. Actually enjoy it if fine right.

The only other thing I've seen in this thread I don't like is liver.
