Always carry with one in the pipe.

It always amuses me when people say "I'll have time to rack one into the chamber". Reality is hard for some folks.

I actually have one customer that has THESE in his gun... one in the pipe, AND one at the top of the mag, so he has to rack TWICE.  :screwy:

He may need to head to the nearest buyback and get him some "free" gas. He is way too scared of that gun to be of much use.

This has to be the dumbest $### I have ever seen. Guaranteed to not have your gun when you need it. Even make it useless without a rod? And what made it worse is that said "clip". Some mom is behind this great invention.

I have always been told, "If you present a weapon, be ready to use it.". That implies to more than just the mentality; I believe it also refers to the functionality of the weapon.  If there is no round in the chamber, it is not ready to use.

Oh, I love this claim from the website:

When it comes to getting access to live rounds nothing is faster than the Safety Bullet.

Ummm, no.... having a live round in the chamber is the quickest access to live rounds.

Holy Cow! If you pull the trigger on one of these "safety rounds" it expands and locks up your weapon? SERIOUSLY? You'd have to be outta your mind to actually use this crap!

I can say this with a clear mind. I have never carried a self defense firearm without a hot tube, full magazine with back up magazines on my person neither in the military or in civilian life and never will. If I ever have to defend myself I will be sending hot lead at my target, center mass if at all possible. I promise I will not be shooting at arms and legs unless that is all I can see of my target...........jmho

You can't fix Stupid!!!!!

Well you can, it just takes time.

The time to weed out the stupid and get the smart people back.

Or a big hammer for faster outcome.

Did you have a HCP? If so, they can't say anything about it. I always have my pistols chambered and at the ready.
