Hello Everyone (from Nashville)

Hello to everyone. I've been a member here for a very short time, but haven't had much time to chat. At present I own a Taurus Millenium Pro 9mm (I know...not the best, but I don't have a lot of cash right now). I will be getting my carry permit this summer as soon as time allows for the class.

Welcome Jay. Does your gun go "BANG" when you pull the trigger. Good, mine does too.:)

Yup, the gun goes bang when I pull the trigger. :) It's small and has the Taurus lifetime warranty (two reasons I bought it).

Taurus is a good gun. I have owned a few and currently own a raging bull 454. Ive been wondering about the smaller taurus pistols. Is yours pretty accurate? Well anyway greeting and salutations.

Welcome Jay!

May you never need to use the warranty...

Bang is always good when expected. I like Taurus pistols. I use the 4.5" .22 cal. revolvers for trainers in my pistol classes (I've got 8 of 'em for students that don't yet have a pistol) and I I trust my life to them as I carry either a Taurus #617 (no thumb spur on the hammer) .357 stainless revolver in 2 inch or a #851 2in .38 stainless shrouded hammer model as a back-up to my primary which is a Springfield.

BTW, Welcome aboard!

Welcome. Any gun by any quality manufacturer (Taurus is one) is a good gun. Any gun that reliably goes BANG when the trigger is pulled (and only when) is a good gun.

Enjoy the shooting sports.
