I don't know a lot. But, I do know that anybody that open caries a Hi Point should probably be kicked in the balls.

I don't open carry per-say but I don't really conceal either. I always wear a OWB holster with a untucked shirt over it. The main reason I do this is I find all the concealment holsters I've tried are extremely uncomfortable.

 

Unless somebody is looking for a gun, nobody will ever notice. I've even been out with my wife before and when we get home and getting undressed I'll pull my gun off and she will say "I didn't know you had your gun with you".

I think that's where I first saw them.

I'm not a gun snob. But I have witnessed a Hi Point fail spectacularly at an IDPA match. I'm sure it was an early model. I've heard that the later models are reliable. But it still left an impression.

Even if they're reliable now, they're still a brick.

If it's not noticed then it's concealed. I've walked by alot of LEO's with a Glock 21 on my waist and only a shirt covering it and never been confronted. It's a comfortable carry and an easy draw.

Well at least with the Hi Point if you miss shooting them (and from what I've heard that's very likely) you can always club them with the big awkward thing lol
