US Cavalry Service Black Powder Ammunition

I purchased some of this ammo last evening thinking it was regular 45 long colt.  Then I read it closer.  It has corbon bullets and say it is loaded with a modern black powder.  Is this still ok to shoot in my Ruger Blackhawk?  I am thinking so but can find out much about this ammo.

Yes you can shoot black powder cartridges in your Blackhawk. Will make a lot of smoke and will need to clean the revolver after firing them in it. I load and shoot blackpowder cartridges in my 38 spls., and in my 38 S & W cartridge guns.
