I was looking through a list of hot ballet measures, found here:

WA State had the following:

 

Initiative Measure No. 591: Prohibit government agencies from confiscating guns or other firearms from citizens without due process, or from requiring background checks on firearm recipients unless a uniform national standard is required

 

Initiative Measure No. 594: Apply currently used criminal and public safety background checks by licensed dealers to all firearm sales and transfers, including gun show and online sales, with specific exceptions

 

591 did not pass. 594 did.

So what were the specific exceptions

How bout that!

The gun nazi's have successfully put in place a tool that could land nearly every gun owner in prison, if they ever shoot a firearm that isn't in their name. 

I wonder if they have gunshops that rent guns, and how long that process will take. I'm guessing the quick instant phone call will turn in to the dark abyss, which will lead to a week delay for the state to never get back to the shop.

But then again, these are just "common sense" regulations, at a minimum, I'm sure there will be a severe drop in accidental unicorn killings!
