Beta C-mag issues with lockup on my hk53

Does anyone close to Brentwood or Nashville have a HK 33/53/93 that I could test fit this mag on?

I have one that works fine, buy just bought this second one and it won't lock up. I've looked it over, compared it to the one that fits, nothing, I'm at a loss for words.
This is a replacement for the first one he sent, it did not lock up either.

I called C-mag in ATLANTA, they say send it in and they will look it over.

Thoughts? Thanks!
