Yep, my first stamp showed up today so now my TGO 15 is a TGO SBR 15. I know it is old hat for many but still exciting for me.

I have a string of them that are probably dry enough. And yes, they do look like little green peckers and are HOT. Mine are already dried out but when fresh they looked like these:

Yeah I'd like to try some ... we like hot peppers... Mark's were some of the hottest I've had... I'm not pepper expert and at my age it's taking it's toll on me but I love spicy/hot food.  Just a few when you have some ready to spare.  I don't like having too many lying around as the little one is grabbing stuff out of the fridge now so we have to hide them but I'd like a couple to try.

They are just seeds at this point. They have been drying for a month or so.

We have a little hole in the wall mexican restaurant here that is pretty good. Once the staff gets to know you they will tell you about things they cook for themselves that aren't on the menu. They have a habanero sauce that is great.

 

I took them some ghost peppers to add to their sauce. Next time I went in they started calling me senor muertos...

 

That sauce was really hot...

 

 

I'm going to have to search out some of those peter peppers to add to the mix for next year.

Thanks. I will do that. I have a few Ghost peppers and devils tongue peppers that are going to be picked today. I can send you some or if you are close to Michaels place I can stick them in with his shipment.
