So, when sigbrown<insertstringofnumbershere> got a vendor sub and namechange to Amendment2CustomCoating, there was a little contest.

 

By some odd stroke of luck, the fates smiled upon me and I was randomly drawn from the pool of all other contestants.

 

Needless to say, the complete pistol coating is well... complete!

F-stop f/3.2 Exposure time 1/200sec ISO-200, flash: off camera 1/8 power +0.3, ceiling bounce(ceiling is standard ceiling white flat paint), built-in diffuser deployed

I don't usually care for some of the coating jobs I've seen. But this really looks great.

 

For someone who has always hated brown in all its shades, I'm beginning to like them.

Wowzers! Like HP, I'm not a fan of the browns, but that pistola looks great!

I like blue. A lot. I'm tempted to see about having the slide and mags for my M&P Pro done up in a nice royal blue or something, just to make it stand out. And it'll be REALLY easy to identify my mags at matches!
