Halloween decoration plans?

I know I'm just a college student but this year we have a house to decorate. Growing up the houses that went all out and decorated we're always the cool. Anybody else have plans? Or want to share their favorite things they've seen done?

Here are mine so far but I'm definitely looking for more things especially budget things.

I worked at the areas largest haunted yard one year

We had several people set up along the course in different costumes as dummies.Even had one guy hanging from a noose.

It was perfect for scaring folks that sat back and and watched before entering.

One group would get scared by me,while I would sit back for the second group and let the next dummy jump at them.

Ahh,I miss those days
