So,

 

I was going to order a cute $11.95 AR-15 dust cover for my TGO build (the cover says "204 Ruger").

 

They want $9.95 for shipping.

 

NO.

I know...some places just totally try to rape you when it comes to shipping. I can ship a knife insured with a tracking # for what one place wanted for 4 fasteners (small screws) the other day.  :rofl:  I told them to keep them cause I didn't realize they were made out of gold.

Maybe it was divine intervention.  A lot of on-line reviewers are disappointed.   

 

I figured out I can get it via MidwayUSA if I wish. (I do have a few items on the list there to combine shipping....if Larry is not still overcharging for delivery)

yeah, so far, 15 (mostly small) items is $7.79 shipping. It does include a Ace butt-stock.

I always thought there was something familiar about Uncle Larry's last name.  The light bulb in my head just went off.

 

Shipping is still too damn high from most all of these places.  They need to embrace the USPS which is far cheaper on many things not ammo related

I see that a lot also. Or an item that's less than 20 bucks and it says "free shipping" then you read the fine print after "adding to cart" that says "if total is over $39.95"

Some places just use the Flat Rate boxes and shipping is whatever that size box costs.
