said I saw them, did not mention it was probably the worst concert I ever went to.  They were not good.  Loud yes, but it sounded terrible.

Bought my ticket from a scalper for 25 bucks.

As for getting old,  it slightly beats the other option.

The stones turned me off for big venues. They ruined the entire experience but I am thankful. I prefer studio to live for the sound and for concerts I can get a video disc and watch at will.

On the whole, I agree with that, but small venues like the Ryman, and TPAC still offer a good experience for music.

Not saying it's perfect, but beats the 50000 screams of my youth.

It's not he age that matters but the mileage left and the tread on the tires that count!

That being the case it's time for me to get a new set of tires.

Small venues are by far the best and I still seek them outs

The only thing about old tires is the dry rot :/ wear it out while you can! :)

I've seen concerts at the Bijou and TN Theater in Knoxville. They are both smaller venues with great acoustics.

Tool. What kind of name is that for a band?

Just 4 days ago was the 34th anniversary of John Bonham's death and the end of Led Zepplin as I knew them. I graduated HS that past June and turned 18 a month after. I was in the delayed enlistment plan, going into the USAF come February.  Zep was gonna tour after their release of  IN Through The Out Door   and was to come to Cleveland, Oh in December. I was gonna be there come hell or high water but alas this tragedy shot down my dream. This was the biggest disappointment of my young life. RIP Bonzo.
