Can anyone tell me about this gun??

Recommended Posts

It's a toy gun that my 8 month old just recieved from his grandfather...my father in-law. I was wondering if anyone knew the era these were produced in. He said it was his fathers so its coming down from 4 generations. I'm going to make a little minature gun rack and put it on his wall. it still wotks and will shoot the little wine bottle cork bullet i made for it across the room!

I'm on it. I'll let you know when I get the information...I CAN tell you that it was probably made around the early 1900's..perhaps around 1928 or so. that's when the Markham air rifle company changed it's name to King.

I'll know more when I receive an email back from a fella.
