Haven't been able to access TGO using tapatalk all day. TGO works fine on safari, and all my other forums are working correctly on tapatalk.

Anyone else having this issue? Tried resetting my phone, no change.

Haven't tried it myself but I got an email from their support distro saying a new version was available.  I'll download it and see if installing it helps.

I can load the TGO home page on tapatalk, but if I go to unread posts or try to use a direct link to a thread the page goes blank and says "Loading" but never loads.

I was trying to look at a sellers location. This was a big advantage over the mobile skin too. Now have to go to the full web version (or you know that could include it in their sale ad....whatever) Also now you have to register with a Tapatalk ID to post pics. I hope they address some of these issues. I really like their app, and use it for a couple forums.

Yep, same here. Can't view profiles, can't send pms, can reply to threads but not edit posts. I posted this in detail in another thread in the support forum, no response or fixes yet.

Attempting to send a PM to TGO David about this problem, got another error message. Will someone that is able to PM please alert TGO David to see if he can get the server fixed? zunebe9a.jpg

He's made it clear before that he will keep Tapatalk available but I don't think it's a priority to the forum management. I'd say just be patient and see when he replies here.

I just assumed he wasn't aware because these errors have been going on for a few weeks, and from what I read the fix is a very quick and simple update to the xml hook file on the server. I sure hope tapatalk support becomes a much higher priority moving forward. This is a virtual world and nearly everyone uses a mobile device these days, so it would seem inappropriate to de-prioritize mobile support. Thanks for any help TGO David!

It's not so much not a mobile priority but TGO has a mobile skin that works really well, and he's a very busy man. Not trying to speak for him, or any admin. Just pointing out some info that we went through before when Tapatalk had issues.

I really prefer Tapatalk too and hope the issues are easily ironed out Edited by Lumber_Jack

Yeah, I've used the mobile browser version too and it's not too bad, but it also had / has some of the same bugs. If we had to prioritize based on limited resources, I'd say tapatalk would be more important than the mobile browser version, but that's just me. I'm sure TGO David can see the stats regarding how many visitors via each interface each month, but even if tapatalk was currently lower in the stats I'd expect it to be the fastest growing segment soon to surpass mobile browser.

Guys, this isn't a TGO server problem.  I copy two folders of files to the TGO server to make Tapatalk work.  It's not a true installation by any stretch of the imagination; it's all executed on THEIR side.
