I think the looked pretty good today considering they were playing in KC. Not overpowering but good. Maybe Wisenhunt has them pointed in the right direction.

They won....looked decent but time will tell.
Get rid of Locker and bring in a good QB, with Wisenhunt as a coach would be a real contender.

Without mariani I cannot like them as much. He is such a cool guy with a great attitude and a great player. But they did good. Sent barefoot from the hills of Tennessee

Titans have a legit shot at going 9-7, maybe 10-6 if they play the disciplined level of football they did today.  I don't see a playoff trip this year, however.

Long term, they should let Locker walk, using this year to get Mettenberger up to NFL level competence and letting Wisenhunt groom him into an NFL starter.  They have a sneaky good WR corps right now, and Ray Horton knows how to get the best out of a defense.  They need to replace the hole Alterun Verner left for a real playoff run, but that can be done in the off-season.

The Chiefs were labeled by the "experts" as not being candidates for the play-offs, so I'm not impressed. Penalties were way stupid, and I think it'll take some time for the refs to settle down too.

Locker played well. Maybe he'll turn into the pro some thought he could be.

hasn't Locker been hurt off and on his entire time in Nashville?

Ray Horton learned to coach playing under Dick Lebeau when playing for the Bengals.  Horton was a pretty good DB.

Don't get me wrong; it's not that I don't want the Titans to succeed. It's just that it's not like they beat a recognized Superbowl contender. Consistent wins impress me; not one game against a non-contender.

Yep, switched over to the Weather Channel and have been watching Fat Guys in the Woods.  Also been cleaning book shelves.  Dusting instead of football, that's sad.

I'm glad when they win; I'm sad when they loose.  I couldn't watch today.  After last weekend, when I turned on the game and saw the score early, I just couldn't bear to watch.
