Had someone offer me one on trade and was just wondering if anyone has one, and what there thoughts on the gun is, and also how much one in good condition is worth.

Gunbroker is your friend. Good source of information.

C3 prices depend on new/used, condition, finish, etc. The typical factors. Gunbroker has listing from 599 to1000.

So "worth" is probably somewhere in between. And worth is whatever you are willing to pay for it. Or trade for it.

I own one, and I'm a bit prejudiced, I really like the Sig 1911. Typical 1911. Shoots good, comfortable. Keep it clean or risk the occasional FTF/FTE, but less than this comment implies. For me, polish the feed ramp and use good mags. It will do whatever you ask of any 1911.

I have the RCS which is very similar. It is a great gun. I would pick up a c3 if the deal was right myself.
