crossbolt fletching

Picked me up a Barnett Wildcat C5 a few weeks ago. Shoots great but I decided to re-fletch some of the bolts it came with. Stripped the old 4 inch vanes and replaced them with 2 inch blazer vanes. Shoots even better now.

crossbow is going to be new to me this year so i am sure there is some to lear so, is that device for removing the old to make room for the new?  and if so where does one pick one of those up.   thanks

It's a fletching jig. It puts new vanes on the arrow shaft. You can just use a razor or box cutter to remove the old fletching. Just make sure you remove all the glue and clean the arrow shaft with alcohol.
