Anyone with polymer guns look inside

I've been carrying Glocks and occasionally an H&K USP for nearly 10 years.  In and out of vehicles dozens of times a day with plenty of scrapes and impacts on the frames, and I've never seen anything more than minor scratches.  No worries at all.

All polymer framed pistols are not created equal so exercise due diligence in what you purchase, carry mode, ammunition used as well as quality magazines.

I don't leave mine holstered if its pushing in a way I think could be a problem... most of the time I'll unholster in the car, which makes it easier to use if needed...  If for some reason I have to ditch my car and can't grab the gun for whatever reason... I have a backup in my pocket anyways...

I've only carried my 26 for a year but have seen no problems like that with it.  I've through four 12 hour drives and numerous 4 hour drives with it IWB.  Based on Glock's history with LEOs I have no concerns with mechanical stress when siting in a car seat.
